(5) Don’t Starve

     Nothing can age you like bones sticking out of your sides. Eating healthfully and exercising regularly is how to fight pounds and keep your youthful glow. Sure, starving yourself can get you in your size 4 jeans, but it won’t do much for a hollowed-out face. Ever notice how emaciated actresses can age 10 years (even with all that makeup)?

     How: Depending on your fitness level do something active (light jogging, walking, pilates, etc) for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, or every other day.

     This isn’t an opportunity to scarf down on Haagen-Dazs. Eating the right kinds of foods like fruits and veggies is just as important as eating enough. Try making your own fruit smoothies and experiment with grilling veggies at home. Reasonably-priced kitchen tools like the Magic Bullet and a portable vegetable grill can be your best friends.
