Filling in the eyebrows has always been a tricky proposition. Even with the right arch, if you have sparcer eyebrows, artfully filling in the space can change the whole look.

Filling in the gaps between the brow hair with a flat edged shadow brush dipped in eyeshadow is better than using a simple eyebrow pencil. Select the color that's closest to your natural brow hair color. Use short brush strokes in the direction of hair growth, following your natural brow line. Less is always more.

Transparency is the key. A sheer wash of almost any color looks good, even mossy greens and faded denim blues. Layer light strokes in order to maximize color variation to suit your taste.
