GARLIC
Garlic is a powerful anti-oxidant and is also probably the most widely
prescribed antibiotic in Russia. Kyolic garlic is de-scented but is just as
effective as raw garlic. On the other hand, elephant garlic is larger but not
half as effective. Try it for a sore throat. Slice up a raw clove and swallow
each sliver with water. Within a few hours the sorenes will diminish.
The smell of garlic exudes through pores and sweat glands so you might try
kyochrome which contains kyolic garlic, niacin to loer your cholesterol,
chromium to control insulin absorption, and magnesium for increased
neutral efficiency.
Ginger and garlic, when mixed with vegetables, neutralize the yin properties
of the vegetables. And eating ginger is probably the easiest way to balance
an excess yin condition.
