1. Drink at least 64oz of water a day.

3. Journal
Takes you back to your angsty high school days on Xanga, doesn’t it? Self-reflection is an important part of your life. Whether it be in the car, on a long walk, or at home on the computer, our minds crave a chance to getaway. Nowadays, in the age of mobile texting, Facebook-ing and Tweet-ing, it’s even harder to steal a moment for yourself. Take 15 minutes a day to “journal”. It may feel awkward at first, but eventually things will come out that you never knew were bubbling inside.
